The Silver options are the quicker versions, with the Silver Theory Pedicure described as an express service. Gold adds more care, such as a sugar scrub, massage and hot towels. Platinum is the CBD-based tier, with a CBD treatment, cuticle care, collagen and warm paraffin on hands, and a CBD salt soak and massage balm on feet.

Gel and extension options include dip powder, which the salon describes as free of harsh chemicals, and Luminary gel, where a Luminary base helps keep the gel from lifting. Gel-X is a single-use soft gel extension that is soaked off and replaced at each visit rather than refilled, and a set usually lasts about three weeks. Full Gel-X sets include cuticle trimming and a hand massage, with nail art booked separately. Nail art, chrome, cat eye and French finishes can be added to most manicures, and gel or regular polish can be repaired or adjusted on a set done at the salon.

Kids are welcome through the Itty Bitty menu for guests 13 and under, with manicures, pedicures and polish changes on hands and toes. Gift cards are available. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled with a 50% fee. The technician may decline service if there is a risk of fungal or bacterial infection, and a turnaway for suspected infection is charged the full booked price. Sanitation follows Ohio State Board of Cosmetology requirements. If the area is under a Level 3 emergency or higher, the shop closes at no charge to guests, and clients get at least two hours notice of weather-related schedule changes.

The salon describes its standard as the finest products and techniques, and it follows the sanitation rules set by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. Repairs are handled on the spot for sets done at the salon, with the technician continuing until the client is satisfied.
