Nail Tech Academy Of Easley

The academy is a nail technician training school in Easley, South Carolina, a short drive from the upstate and from counties bordering North Carolina. It is licensed and approved by the South Carolina Board of Cosmetology.

The main program is a 300-hour nail technician course that runs for roughly 15 to 20 weeks. Classes meet in the evenings from 5 pm to 10 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The course is meant to cover everything needed to learn the profession and to prepare students for nail professional license testing.

Instruction mixes hands-on practice on real clients, live demonstrations, classroom theory and group discussion. Students learn the nail services the school teaches, which include full sets, dip powder, hard gel, gel polish and pedicures.

Tuition for the course is $2,700. Students can pay with interest-free financing, either in weekly or monthly installments. A $200 tuition deposit is required to enroll and is nonrefundable. Students also buy a $400 nail kit at enrollment, which is for use inside the classroom only. A $50 application fee is nonrefundable.

Applications are taken in person on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings from 5 pm to 10 pm. Enrollment paperwork includes a Social Security card, a driver's license, and a high school diploma, GED or a completed 10th grade transcript. A marriage certificate is required if the applicant is married, and foreign students must provide an Aequo International certified transcript.

The school also offers continuing education for cosmetologists, nail technicians and estheticians for 2026 to 2027. These courses cover safety, sanitation, disinfection, and South Carolina laws and regulations. Pricing for continuing education is given on request by phone.
