The menu is organized into manicures, pedicures, full sets and fill-ins, waxing, and additional services such as cat eye, chrome, French tips, gel color changes, nail take-off and 3D flowers. Manicures and pedicures come in basic, deluxe, VIP and kids versions, with or without gel polish. Every manicure and pedicure includes nail trimming, shaping, cuticle grooming and buffing.

The pedicure menu runs from a basic service up to the Signature Pedicure, which takes about 60 minutes and includes a soak, scrub, callus removal, mask, hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment. The 999 Gold Pedicure is the top tier and uses the Mega Eruption CBD plus Edition kit. The Deluxe Pedicure adds sea salt cleansing, a moisturizing mask, lotion massage, hot stone massage and a hot towel wrap. Pedicure chairs are noiseless and pipeless, and disposable liners are used for each pedicure.

Each service includes one complimentary beverage, and alcoholic drinks are served only to guests aged 21 or older who show ID. Kids' services include a free flower design, with apple juice, candy bars and snacks available for children. New clients who sign up on the website receive $5 off any service, or $10 off same-day services of $100 or more, one time only with valid ID at the front desk.
