Gift certificates can be bought for any service or product in any amount and never expire. Appointments more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Service refunds are not offered, though the salon will try to resolve service issues. A one-week nail guarantee applies, with a charge for fixes after that. Clients should confirm prices with their nail technician before services, and the salon accepts credit cards, gift certificates and cash but not checks.
