Services take place in a semi-private suite. Clients can book online and choose a specific professional or any professional. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment and to no-shows, so clients are asked to contact the salon by phone or email as early as possible to cancel or reschedule.
The studio uses premium Japanese and Korean hema-free gel and other products. The Mani and Pedi Combo includes a small selection of regular polishes. Removing old gel is not included in the structured gel, Russian manicure or Gel X services and is charged separately, and removing Gel X or hard gel costs $5 to $10 more than standard gel removal.
The salon places nail health first in its services. It describes itself as offering exceptional care and quality service. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $150 or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
