Enhancement services cover acrylic, Gel-X, dip powder, builder gel and hybrid poly gel, with prices listed as starting points for several of them. The salon has a children's menu for kids under 10, including classic and gel manicures and pedicures and a combined mani and pedi option. Children must be supervised while in the salon. Private and semi-private spaces are available for bridal showers, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and corporate gatherings. Hours are Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. The phone number is (703) 537-0100. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and arriving 15 or more minutes late without notice may mean the appointment is cancelled. After three cancellations or no-shows, full payment is required up front for future bookings. Refunds are not offered for services; clients with concerns can contact the store manager. Full-set overlays and extensions, gel polish and dip manicures are guaranteed for 10 days, excluding breakage, and regular lacquer polish is not covered. Repairs after 10 days cost $5 per nail, or $10 per nail with nail art. Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase. Pets are not allowed, except service animals. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to clients who behave rudely or inappropriately. Online prices are the current ones and may change, so printed menu prices in the salon may be out of date.

Reusable nail tools are sanitized and disinfected under state regulations, and any tools that cannot be disinfected are thrown away.
