Appointments before 10 AM or after 8 PM carry an additional $50 fee.

Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead gives a full deposit refund, while cancelling or no-showing with less notice forfeits the deposit. Rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead applies the deposit to the next visit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may limit service to a simple nude manicure or pedicure with color bases, and arriving more than 30 minutes late may lead to the appointment being cancelled. The salon offers a 3-day guarantee on nail services, with damaged nails repaired free of charge if reported promptly.
