Structure gel is the salon's main alternative to dip powder and acrylic, and most of its dip and acrylic clients have switched to it. Acrylic and dip services are offered only at the Murrysville location, and the salon works only with clear acrylic.
Listed prices are starting rates. Technicians are placed in one of five levels, and hand services rise by $4 for each level; foot services are not priced by level. Add-ons such as nail art, French tips, chrome, cat eye and other finishes, cuticle care, and nail repairs can raise the total, and they are settled with the technician before the service begins. Dazzle Dry on toes is a separate add-on. Clients may bring their own polish for regular polish services without a change in price.
Instruments are disinfected for each client, and files, buffers, sanding bands, and pumice stones are disposable. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. The salon does not treat ingrown toenails, which it says falls outside a nail technician's scope under Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology rules. Gift certificates can be bought online or in person and used at either location.
