Nail Narco works from suite 217 on the second floor of the plaza at 255 E Flagler St, Miami, FL 33131. The menu is organized into nail services and toe services, with the nail side covering gel, acrylic and Gel X full sets, manicures, and a range of design options.

Appointment lengths are listed for each service, from a one-hour basic gel manicure to a four-hour acrylic full set with the highest design tier. Prices are listed per service, and the Gel X full set is priced by length, at $75 for short or medium and $90 for long or extra-long nails.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, which goes toward the total; the balance is paid at the appointment. Squeeze-in appointments carry a $40 squeeze-in fee on top of the service price, with a $40 non-refundable deposit that also goes toward the total. Accepted payment methods are cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. The salon does not reschedule no-call, no-show clients. Refills over another technician's work are not done; a soak-off and a new full set are needed first. Dip services and pedicures are not offered. Pets and children are not allowed.
