The salon's products are chosen to be vegan, cruelty free and free of at least 19 toxic ingredients, and it keeps that standard through every step of a service. Its own line of vegan gel polish is sold only as gel, and it also carries other brands for regular polish, gel and dipping powder.

Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu. The simplest version covers nail and cuticle care, filing, a basic salt scrub, a short massage and a hot towel. The higher tiers add callus reduction, lemon sugar scrubs, longer massage, hot stone work, mud masks and paraffin, and the top option adds an eye mask, a neck and shoulder wrap and candlelit aromatherapy massage. Regular polish is optional on each one, and gel polish can be added for an extra fee.

Nail enhancements include dipping powder, hard gel, Gel.X full-coverage soft gel extensions and a hybrid gel that the salon describes as a non-toxic alternative to acrylic. The salon says Gel.X typically lasts at least two to three weeks, compared with two to three days for press-on nails.

The salon also has rooms for rent that it says can be used for hair, massage, cosmetic tattoo and similar services. It is hiring nail technicians with or without prior experience and offers training. Oregon requires nail technicians working in the salon to hold a state license.

The salon focuses on products that are vegan, cruelty free and free of a long list of harsh ingredients, with the same standard used throughout each service.
