The North Raleigh salon is on Falls of Neuse Road and the West Raleigh salon is on Western Boulevard. Both are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Each location has its own phone line, and the North Raleigh location lists an email address.

The menu is organized around nail enhancements, manicures and pedicures, with waxing and children's services alongside. Pedicures and manicures are built around named rituals and treatments, and each ritual is priced with a standard version and a gel polish version. The Sol de Janeiro Pedicure Ritual runs 75 minutes.
