The menu is organized into hand, foot, spa, specialty, nail art, extras, extension and fill services. Manicures range from a quick kids manicure of about 15 minutes to a classic manicure with regular polish, about 30 minutes, to a Russian manicure of about 70 minutes. The classic manicure includes cutting, filing, cuticle care, a regular scrub, a hot towel wrap, a massage and polish. Kids manicures and pedicures skip the cuticle pusher and cuticle cutter. Pedicures include classic, kids, callus removal, French and Russian versions, with gel polish available on most of them.

Spa packages are offered in three versions, Nail-it, Deluxe and Timeless, and can be booked for hands or feet. The Nail-it option opens with a choice of one of four scrubs, which the salon calls fully organic, then moves to honey and a heated towel. The Deluxe pedicure includes a sea salt soak and a mud mask with sweet almond and lavender oils. Timeless packages add anti-aging oil treatments made with organic ingredients, along with a signature wrap. Gel polish can be added to any spa package.

Extensions in Gel-X, acrylic, hard gel and polygel are priced by length in small, medium and large sizes, with each extension carrying one color. Fills are offered for the same materials, and they cover all ten fingers in one color. Dip powder and SNS overlays, along with acrylic and hard gel overlays, are also available. Fills on acrylic done at other salons are accepted, though the salon charges for each nail that chips or is damaged after the visit. Dip powder fills are not offered on dip powder that was done elsewhere; a new set is needed instead.

Polish on manicures and pedicures includes up to two colors, with a small charge for each color beyond that. Opting out of polish does not change the price. Removal costs less for gel polish applied elsewhere and more for acrylic, hard gel, Gel-X or dip powder. Removal can be booked with a new set or on its own, and it must be booked separately from an extension service. The salon says it disinfects its tools, follows a sterilization process and does not reuse single-use items. Its products are described as vegan and made with non-toxic ingredients.

The salon has a 5-Day Nailed It Guarantee, a fix policy covering extensions and fills, refund and liability terms, and an age requirement. It declines service to anyone with an open or infected wound on the area being worked, or with a condition it suspects may be contagious, and it will not serve rude or disrespectful clients.
