Gel work is the focus. Lorena specializes in gel services, especially overlays and natural nail care, so the menu centers on building up and maintaining the natural nail. The studio does not work with or remove acrylics, and not all gel systems are compatible.
The No-Chip gel manicure takes about an hour and costs $50, including a dry manicure, cuticle care, nail trim and shaping. It lasts two to three weeks with proper care and is best on short nails. The Gel Overlay Manicure takes 1 hour 10 minutes, requires bare nails and adds structure and thickness to the natural nail. It starts at $65 for short nails, $70 for medium and $80 for long, and suits clients growing out their nails. Gel Rebalances take 1 hour 20 minutes, starting at $80 for short, $85 for medium and $95 for long, and include removing lifting, shortening and reshaping with one solid color. Gel Extensions use Polygel, take 1 hour 30 minutes and start at $100 for short, $110 for medium and $120 for long, lasting two to three weeks with care.
Booking is done with a credit card, which is saved to secure the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the planned cost, and no-shows are charged the full cost. New clients are asked to text a photo of their current nails before booking, and design inspiration photos can be texted to the studio. Social media messages are checked at the end of the day. The studio does not offer services through Groupon.
