Services carry a 3-day warranty in which imperfections are fixed at no additional cost. Warranty requests made after that period carry a cost and must be scheduled. Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice are free, with a 50% fee between 6 and 24 hours and a 100% fee under 6 hours. Arriving less than 15 minutes late shortens the booked service, while arriving more than 15 minutes late lets the salon cancel and charge 100% of the booking. No-shows are charged the full service, and gift certificates are valid for one year.
