Hard gel is a major part of the menu. Refills and corrections address nails that grow downward, rebuild the sidewalls, and can reshape a nail, for example from oval to square. Sculpted French is a white tip built into the nail with hard gel rather than painted on.

Pedicures use a waterless method known as the Smart Pedicure technique. Deep cleaning options are offered for manicures and pedicures, with or without gel polish. Gel removal takes off previous gel polish without damaging the natural nail, while acrylic or dip powder removal is booked separately and does not include a manicure.

Many services ask for a deposit between $10 and $50, and some deposits apply only to new clients. A $30 fee applies to a missed confirmed appointment, and also to a cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.

Pedicures are done with a waterless technique, and hard gel is used both for corrections and for sculpted looks.
