Manicures come in three levels. The Basic Manicure covers nail trimming, shaping, buffing, cuticle care, lotion, a massage, a hot towel and polish. The Special Deluxe Hot Stone Therapy pedicure uses milk and honey, sea salt and sugar scrubs, callus removal and a 10-minute foot massage. The pedicure chairs are described as quiet and without pipes.

Reusable nail tools are sanitized and disinfected according to state regulations, and any tool that cannot be disinfected is discarded. Dipping powder is described as free of toxic chemicals.
