Nail Doctor Unblemished operates from a private suite in Maplewood, where the work centers on foot, nail and skin health rather than appearance alone. The owner, Juanika Givens, is a licensed instructor who also holds licenses and certifications as an esthetician and nail technician. Services are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. New clients start with either a Foot Health Assessment, a 30-minute visit at $75, or a New Client Full Care Visit. A same-day treatment after the assessment, priced at $185 for the combined visit, is not guaranteed and depends on foot condition and availability. Feet showing unhealthy skin or nails that a podiatrist is not already treating are not serviced and are referred to a podiatrist. The business is not a podiatrist practice, but it says it can offer access to podiatric consultation for complex foot issues.

The pedicure menu is tiered by condition. The Essential Foot Health Visit at $85 covers trimming, filing and shaping as routine maintenance and is not a full medical pedicure. The Corrective Care Pedicure at $165 takes 75 to 85 minutes and addresses mild to moderate callus, early corns, nail damage and early fungal involvement in one or two toenails. The Restorative Care Pedicure at $195 runs 90 to 100 minutes, covers moderate callus, thickened or fungal toenails and dry or irritated skin, and includes a customized homecare plan and one take-home product. The Advanced Restoration Pedicure at $225 runs 105 to 120 minutes for severe callus, long-standing fungal toenails and advanced foot skin conditions, with a personalized plan and two take-home products. Waterless methods avoid foot soaks, and the business says this lowers infection risk and helps polish last longer.

Booking is online, at least 24 hours ahead, with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Changes or cancellations must be made online at least 48 hours before the appointment, and the deposit can be used to rebook once within that window. Phone bookings, text only, carry a $15 concierge fee. A $40 Reserved Time Fee applies when a pedicure is booked without the required assessment or the booking steps are not followed, and a $100 fee applies to same-day or after-hours requests. A mobile concierge visit is a flat $100 within 30 miles for clients who cannot travel, with a $100 minimum in services and no polish.
