Appointment requests are reviewed personally and are confirmed once a $25 deposit is received. Clients have a 10 minute grace period for lateness, and appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled. For short or long full sets, a arrival more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and the deposit is kept. A no-call, no-show also forfeits the deposit, and a new one is needed to book again. Fills are not done over nails another technician has worked on, and three or more missing nails are treated as a full set. When another tech did the previous work, clients should book the matching service, such as a soak off followed by a full set.
Full sets require bare nails, and the service includes pushing back cuticles and prepping the nail plate. Full set pricing depends on magnet count for medium and long sets, and any designs on full sets are an extra charge. Accepted payment is cash with exact change, Zelle, or Apple Pay, and other methods carry a $3 surcharge.
Each appointment request is reviewed personally before it is confirmed, and clients are asked to book services that match the work already on their nails.
