The nail menu covers acrylic, builder gel, Gel-X, gel polish, dip powder, Russian gel and structure gel work, along with French work, nail design, chrome, cat-eye and airbrush finishes, glitter, and rhinestones from minimal to full. Sets and fills are priced by length, and repairs, toe services and removals are listed separately. Portfolio examples include Gel-X, structure gel, dip powder, Russian gel, deep French, and men's gel manicures with minimal design.
Booking runs through GlossGenius. A nonrefundable retainer secures each appointment and is applied to the service total. Clients should book the exact service and add-ons they want, and extensions need a length and shape. New clients with existing nails book a soak-off first, and clients unsure which service fits can contact the salon before booking. Cancellations and rescheduling are made through the link in the booking confirmation email, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the balance to the card on file.
Day-of policies: a 9-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arrivals 10 or more minutes late may face a $10 fee, a shortened service, or a cancellation charge. Phones are not permitted during nail services but are allowed during pedicures, and hands-free calls are allowed with headphones. Laptops are not permitted, and extra guests or children need their own appointment. After-hours and emergency appointments are available on request for a $50 nonrefundable fee.
Packages bundle manicures, pedicures and waxing for a lower total than booking each service separately. Gift cards are offered, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval before the appointment. Cash, major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted.
