Before any treatment, Helena offers a free consultation of about 15 minutes, in person, at the office or by phone. The conversation covers safety, scheduling, comfort and budget so the service can be shaped around the client. When an assessment shows a podiatrist is needed, the practice refers the client on, and it works with local podiatrists it trusts.
Ingrown toenail work is a central part of the menu. Ingrown Toenail Repair takes 45 minutes, and a combined Ingrown Toenail Repair Pedicure runs 1 hour 15 minutes. The business describes its ingrown toenail correction system as returning nails to a natural shape without surgery, which is its own claim.
Pedicures come in a standard version and a diabetic version, each 45 minutes. Pedicures include either a Jacuzzi jet or a waterless massage chair, and polish services use OPI. Nails that are thick can be given a Nail Thin & Trim, a 30-minute service that soaks, cuts, thins and trims them. Shorter Nail Trim and Polish Change visits are also available.
Gift cards are sold in eGift amounts of $29, $39, $75 and $150, or in a custom amount, and group gift cards are available.
Each treatment is customized after a consultation, and equipment is autoclaved for medical-grade sterilization and sanitation.
