Freestyle work is a large part of the menu. Several sets leave color choice to the client while the nail tech decides the design, including the Top Notch Freestyle and the EXTENDO freestyle without a curve. A New Client Special Freestyle set is offered at a lower price for first visits. Curved extra-long extensions are also available.

Instruction is part of the business too. A one-on-one nail tutoring class covers prep, shaping, application and three designs, and a Look N Learn session lets someone follow the nail tech across three appointments, asking questions and taking video and notes. Tutoring requires a deposit and an e-file or nail drill, and kits are sold separately.

Pedicures run from a basic 30-minute service with a soak, scrub, cuticle care, foot mask, massage and gel polish to a longer five-step foot bath pedicure with acrylic toes. Clients with fungus detected will not be serviced, and deposits for pedicure services are not refunded when fungus is found.
