The studio's stated belief is that good nails take time, so most of an appointment goes into preparation, cuticle care, and building structure rather than color alone. Gel manicures and overlays include a Russian-style dry manicure that uses an e-file for cuticle work, a structured gel overlay on natural nails, and sheer, syrupy Korean-inspired gel colors with a glass-like shine. Hard gel extensions can be shaped almond, square, coffin, or in-between, matched to the client's nail beds and daily life, and dual-form builds are offered for a consistent shape and a lighter feel.

Every booking is private, with no shared stations and no overlapping appointments. To book, a $25 deposit is required, which goes toward the visit; booking requests are confirmed personally by the studio, and appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead. Custom art and occasion sets are built from a client's inspiration photo and priced after a consultation. The studio says it has served more than 70 clients.

Work is done slowly and in detail, with an emphasis on precise cuticle care, structured gel, and a finish that holds up as it grows out.
