Booking is done online through Square Appointment. Clients can ask for a specific technician, though the salon does not guarantee that request unless it is noted in the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Changes within 24 hours must be made by phone during business hours, since voice messages, emails and texts after hours are not accepted.

E-gift cards are available. They are emailed to the recipient with a copy to the purchaser, and they are redeemed at the salon the same way as regular gift cards.
