All of the artists work only with soft and hard gel products, and the salon does not use acrylics. Hand-drawn nail art and European techniques in gel nails are the two specialties named on the site.
Every nail service includes a Russian manicure. Full Service Pedicure includes a callus treatment done with professional-grade urea products. Typical visit lengths are about 1 hour 15 minutes for a natural or enhanced length manicure with One Color, about 1 hour 30 minutes with nail art, and about 1 hour 40 minutes for a Full Service Pedicure.
Permanent jewelry is custom fitted and then welded at one point, so the piece stays on. Stainless steel, sterling silver and 14k gold-filled options are offered as bracelets, anklets, necklaces and hand chains. Reweld service is free for pieces bought with Fine Spark.
Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead, or a 50% cancellation fee applies. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show.
