The business operates as Nail Art House, LLC and runs its education center alongside the two salons.

The core service is the Russian e-file manicure, a dry manicure focused on cuticle work and long-lasting gel wear. It is done with professional e-file tools and careful nail preparation, without soaking, and can be done on short natural nails. Gel polish is applied to natural nails only in a color the client chooses, and extensions, tips, acrylic, dip powder and Gel X are not offered. The service covers shaping, e-file cuticle cleaning and buffing, while design and removal are separate. Many clients return every three to five weeks, and the technician suggests an interval. A wedding version is also available, booked with an extra 30 minutes and without art, design or removal.

For feet, the salon offers a waterless SMART Pedicure that uses a disc with replaceable files to reduce rough skin on the heels. The business describes the disc as patented. The paramedical pedicure is described as non-medical and includes a foot evaluation, nail trimming and filing, corn and callus reduction, deep cleaning of the nail folds and a foot and lower-leg massage. The CMP Pedicure starts with a consultation and a foot and toenail evaluation. Nanoflex toenail reconstruction and NanoBrace are separate add-ons. Footlogix products are used during these services and may be recommended for home care. The salon states that its cosmetic foot services are not a substitute for care from a physician or podiatrist.

Both locations are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, and same-day appointments are final. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation, while a late appointment that can be accommodated carries a $45 fee. Services carry a 3-day warranty in which imperfections are fixed at no extra charge. Clients who want a full schedule can join a waitlist for a preferred date and time. Education is a separate part of the business, offering small, hands-on courses for nail professionals taught in English at the Nail Art House Academy inside the salon. The Beginner Russian Manicure Technique course is two days and $2,000 for six to eight students, requires no previous experience and includes an Akzentz kit and certification. The Upgrade course is one day and $1,500 for experienced technicians with at least six months of industry experience. A one-day SMART Pedicure Technique course and an advanced NanoFlex and NanoBrace certification are each $1,500 for one or two students. All tools, products and practice materials are provided, and students receive a Nail Art House Certificate of Completion. The courses do not qualify anyone for a state license.

The salon works to enhance the natural nail without acrylics or excessive acetone, and says it focuses on non-toxic, fume-free ingredients.

The salon states that it is odor-free, with no harsh chemical smells.
