Gel services form a separate group. A gel manicure includes cuticle care, shaping and gel polish. Gel polish can also be removed on its own, and a single natural nail can be repaired with gel. Prices shown when booking are not final. Inquiries are handled by text at +1 (616) 315-0798 or through Instagram (@lexisthealchemist), since the salon does not answer phone calls. Clients are asked to send inspiration photos over Instagram after booking so products can be prepared. Service packages can be bought in bulk and used at any time.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and appointments more than 15 minutes late may be canceled because of scheduling conflicts. No-call, no-shows may result in a ban. The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed Monday and Tuesday.
