Bookings are made online through the salon's booking site, where guests choose an artist, services, and any add-ons. The team works as employees rather than booth renters. Services cover manicures and pedicures, acrylic sets, Gel-X extensions, soft gel, builder gel, structured manicures, removals, and repairs for chips, breaks, or lifting, with repairs starting at $8. Pedicures put sanitation first, and a waterless dry pedicure is available. The salon works mainly by appointment, though walk-ins may be accepted when an artist has room. It is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

Nail art is a specialty. Guests can add simple accents on two to four nails, have a design recreated from their own inspiration in 30, 45, or 60 minutes, or request more intricate work. Options include French tip, chrome, cat eye, ombre, and airbrush, and pricing depends on how long the design takes. Bridal parties, birthdays, and girls' days out can be planned by contacting the salon.

Deposits on some services are applied to the total at checkout and are refundable only if the appointment is canceled or moved at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before, no-shows, and arrivals 15 minutes or more late are charged a $45 fee per service. Services and retail products are final sale. Concerns need to be raised with the artist before leaving the salon, and a product problem such as polish not curing may get a free adjustment if reported and serviced within 3 days. Guests are asked to arrive with clean nails, free of lotion or oils.
