Eyelash extension visits take a while, and Naia considers that time well spent for the results clients get. Lashes need a fill every two to three weeks to stay full, and a fill requires at least half of the existing lashes to remain; otherwise the visit is billed as a full set. A patch test is suggested before a first set, though it cannot rule out a reaction.

Clients fill out consent and intake forms before or after booking. Payment is by card only. After a facial, clients are asked to avoid retinoids, aggressive exfoliation, waxing and acid products for two to four weeks. Before-and-after photos may be taken and shared on social media for advertising, but only with the client's consent.
