The braid menu covers simple French braids, two strands for loose hair, designer braids (on the top only, or full head), small to medium feed-in braided ponytails with hair added, and several knotless options, including Xtra Jumbo, Jumbo, large, and a medium boho style. Fishbone braids with added hair and passion twists for short to medium lengths are also offered, with passion twists listed for kids and teens. Appointment lengths range from about two hours for the simpler styles to nearly six hours for the boho knotless. Some styles have specific requirements: the Xtra Jumbo Knotless is not recommended for coarse hair because the style may not hold, and boho knotless braids need the client to supply their own human curly hair while the salon provides the braiding hair. Booking the boho style requires contacting the salon first. The salon supplies braiding hair in colors 1b, 1, 2 and 4. Shampoo is not included with braid services and must be added on.

Loc services are priced by loc count, with basic maintenance for 60 to 100 locs and for 80 to 125 locs. Basic maintenance includes shampoo and a palm roll technique, and clients should allow two to three hours. Tiered styling options are available for an additional fee, from two to four braids through to a rod set or two strands. A touch-up with retwist on the perimeter and a basic style is available if the salon did the last retwist within two weeks. The loc bob adds Cuban twist hair to the locs and styles them, while miracle knots over locs use hair the client provides. Loc starts, for short or long hair, include shampoo, conditioning and a basic grid using comb and palm roll techniques, and they are only offered when the client's hair is at its healthiest and after a consultation.

Booking details: a $25 deposit is required at booking to hold the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice or the deposit is kept, and one reschedule without penalty is allowed. Clients are charged $1 for each minute they are late, and the salon pays the client $1 for each minute the salon is late. Payment is accepted by cash, card (with tax and a $3 convenience fee) or Zelle, but not Cash App. On-street parking is paid at $2 per hour. Clients are asked to keep eating to a minimum during appointments, and the salon may decline any service at its discretion. Questions can be sent by text to 312-343-0169.
