The salon describes itself as a luxury experience built on care, culture and creativity, and as a safe space for all clients.

The salon's position is that hair health comes first in every service, since healthy hair is what makes hair look good. Each facial begins with a personalized consultation, and clients who cannot come in can arrange a virtual consultation before booking.

Braiding and protective styling are the core of the menu, alongside lace front wig installation in four constructions, silk press, and a Hydration Steam Treatment that pairs warm steam with deep-penetrating conditioners. The Kids' Mini Salon covers braids, twists and natural hair maintenance for children, and a lounge area lets family or friends wait close by.

The Academy offers private, hands-on training in braiding, silk press, crochet, sew-ins, loc retwist and client consultation. Programs run 2, 4 or 6 weeks with five training days a week and end with a certificate of completion. They build skills only and do not lead to a cosmetology license.

Booking requires a minimum $50 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 48 hours ahead. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to rebook, and clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be asked to prepay future bookings. Hair is not included with styling and must be bought separately, and payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, CashApp and Venmo.

The salon puts the health of each client's hair ahead of the finished look in every service.
