K-Skin Fitness is structured like a strength program. Each plan runs over six to twelve months and moves through an assessment, goal setting, a tailored sequence of sessions, and graduation with guidance on maintenance. Sessions range from a two-hour diagnostic visit with a full surface audit that ends in a skin plan, to a pre-treatment session meant to calm the skin and reset the barrier, to hydration and structure-focused sessions, to microneedling paired with antioxidant treatment for renewal, fine lines and texture. The most advanced session uses microneedling to deliver a customized infusion of five solutions, performed with RN clinical expertise. Clients who are unsure where to start can submit a skin questionnaire with photos online, and the founder replies within 24 hours by phone or DM with a recommended first service.

Color Fitness offers a private one-person analysis and a duo session for two people together. Each session has four steps: color theory education, image consulting, draping with more than 45 sets of professional drapes, and a result consultation covering fashion, accessories and makeup. Analysis identifies undertones and a palette within a 16-season system.

Lip Definition is semi-permanent lip blush. A session includes a consultation, a custom design and pigment blend, treatment after a 15-minute numbing application, and aftercare with a plan for touch-ups. An initial color-correction treatment neutralizes cool, dark undertones on the lips, and a follow-up refinement session adjusts pigment depth and shape.
