Bookings are made through the Glossgenius page, and a $15 deposit is required for acrylic full set appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and cover one reschedule; any further change needs another deposit. Arriving late brings a $10 fee, and an appointment may be cancelled if a client is 20 minutes late. A no-show or incorrect cancellation is charged 30% of the total.
Every visit begins with a consultation. Nail fixes needed within 24 hours of an appointment are free; later fixes are paid for and booked as replacements. The business does not work over another nail tech's work and may decline fills on a foreign set, and clients who are rude to the space or the artist can be banned. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday 9 AM to 3 PM; Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday are closed.
Each appointment opens with a consultation, and the artist does not build over another nail tech's work.
