A typical manicure takes about 45 minutes and a pedicure about an hour. A combined mani-pedi is set aside around 90 minutes. The space is built to feel social, so clients can come alone or bring a group, and there is a polish wall to browse.

Appointment requests are confirmed within 24 hours. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a $25 fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. The salon also publishes a blog with nail care advice and posts on Instagram.
