The studio was founded by Michelle, who also founded iElevate Lashes. She built both businesses from the ground up and brings more than eight years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry. The business states that its mission is to help women feel confident in their own skin.

The lash menu includes classic, blush, stiletto, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets, along with fills booked at set intervals. Blush 3-4 week fills are booked three weeks or more after the prior visit, or when 40-50% of lashes remain, and cannot be done after 21 days, so a full set is booked instead. Outside fills are offered for full sets applied elsewhere, provided the lashes are clean and were applied correctly. A Korean lash lift with tint is also offered.

Sugaring is used for face, lip, underarm, bikini and Brazilian work. The sugaring paste is made of sugar, lemon and distilled water, with no dye, resins or fragrance. Clients are asked not to apply lotions or oils to the area on the day of the appointment and not to exfoliate the day before, day of or day after. For a first appointment after shaving, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, and regular waxing clients are advised to book as soon as new growth appears. The business says sugaring suits almost all hair types, textures, quantities and colors.

Makeup offerings include a natural look with mascara, a soft glam and a full glam application done in the studio, a small group self-application class for two to three people that includes lashes and a small gift bag, and a one-on-one beginner soft glam class where clients can bring their own makeup or use the studio's.
