The menu is organized into manicures and pedicures, gel pedicures, nail extensions, additions, a kiddie corner for children ages 7-8, and waxing. Pedicures are the most layered part of the menu. A regular pedicure of about 30 minutes covers nail trim and shape, cuticle care, a foot massage with orange slices, and an oil and lotion massage, though callus treatment is not part of it. A spa pedicure adds a sea salt and mint mud foot mask and hot towels. The V.I.P versions include free callus treatment and step up through a 4-in-1 mask, a 5-in-1 mask built on organic ingredients, and a 6-in-1 deluxe option with a sea salt soak, sugar scrub, mud masque and serum. A V.I.P Healthy Spa pedicure uses NuSkin products.

The salon says it uses top-tier products and keeps to strict hygiene, sanitizing every tool thoroughly. Nail extensions run from SNS and acrylic gel sets to powder color, liquid gel, Gel X and builder gel, with fills and repairs also offered. Additions include French and V-lined French tips, chrome or cat eye nails, matte top coats, nail buffing, callus removal and single or all-nail designs.

Clients who have a nail repair needed within three days of a service can return for a free repair, and no appointment is required for that. Refunds are not given under the guarantee. Nails damaged at another salon are not repaired at N&J Nails unless the client has a fill-in done there first. Appointments after 7 PM are booked by calling the salon directly.
