The menu is built around protective styles: box braids, knotless braids, boho braids with loose, wavy ends, cornrows, twists and kinky twists, along with Senegalese twists, French curls, crochet, island twists and tribal braids. Senegalese twists and French curls are offered in shoulder, mid-back, waist and butt lengths, each in small, medium and large sizes, so the price follows the length and size chosen. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the final total. The remaining balance is paid in cash, due one hour after the service begins. Clients should arrive with hair washed and blown dry, or can add a wash and blow dry to the booking. Hair should be at least 4 to 5 inches long; shorter hair needs a photo for review before booking, and a fee of $30 to $50 may apply. Clients are asked not to book other appointments on the same day as a braiding session.

Styles are done in front of a mirror so clients can follow progress, and any concerns about style or size are best raised during the appointment. Re-dos and refunds are not offered once a client leaves. If braids unravel or come loose within 48 hours, they are repaired, though refunds are not provided. Children under 5 are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

The salon is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, with Sunday visits by appointment only. Text messages are the preferred way to reach the team, with replies aimed within 24 hours; Sunday replies may take longer.
