About

The menu is broad. Waxing and sugaring cover the face, body, underarms, legs and intimate areas for women, with a separate set of body waxing options for men. Facials range from a standard and a deluxe face treatment to body facials and facials for the genital area, which the business calls Vajacials and Brozacials. Makeup, brow and lash tinting, hair color, 3D nail art and G Steam with a complimentary foot soak round out the menu.

Booking can be made by text, phone call or through the website contact form. Texts or emails should include your name, the services you want and a preferred date and time. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Every service requires a deposit sent by email once the day, time and service are chosen, and it must be paid within 15 minutes. The standard deposit is $20; for multiple services or services over an hour, such as facials, the deposit is half or 60 percent of the total, and services under $20 are paid in full. Deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, except when the business cancels through its own fault. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving more than five minutes late may lead to rescheduling, and a $12 late fee applies if the service can still be provided. A $35 fee applies to a no-call, no-show. A $2.50 fee is added to card transactions and deposits.

Clients are asked to wear a mask for the whole appointment, except briefly when the service area requires it. Guests who are sick or have a fever of 100.4 or higher cannot be serviced. Children and extra guests are not allowed in the service suite, and food, drinks, laptops and extra bags are not allowed either. Clients under 18 must have a legal guardian present for consent, and that guardian may not stay in the suite during the service.

The facials are customized to each client's needs, so some of the included steps may be added or removed. The business also sells its own holistic skincare line, including jelly masks, sugar and salt scrubs, soaps, body butter, oil and lip and face balm.
