The menu runs from everyday cuts to chemical and smoothing services. Haircuts are available for men, women, boys and girls aged 12 and under, and bangs can be trimmed on their own. Color work includes hair coloring priced by hair length and type, root touch-ups, highlights, and hand-painted balayage.

Smoothing and straightening make up another part of the menu. The Japanese Smoothing Treatment comes in three versions, Express, Deep Conditioning and Complete Smoothing, and uses Milbon products. Hair straightening and hot, digital or ceramic perms are also offered, along with cold perms and Protein Correction, a protein-based treatment for hair correction.
