Booking is done through the studio's GlossGenius page, where a deposit is required from every client and is non-refundable. Clients can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, and a deposit covers one reschedule. Same-day cancellations are charged the remaining balance of the booked service, and a new appointment cannot be made until any outstanding balance is paid. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available through GlossGenius for bookings from $50 to $4,000.
Before a facial, clients are asked to avoid caffeine, exfoliation for 24 to 72 hours, and all retinol for at least 7 days. Makeup can stay on and be removed before the service. Clients taking Accutane or another oral acne medication should not book a facial and should contact Jeannie Quino if unsure. Before waxing, clients are asked to avoid caffeine for about 5 to 7 hours, exfoliation for 24 to 72 hours, and oils or lotions on the area. Each waxing service includes a freshening-up wipe.
Facials and waxing are generally spaced every 4 to 6 weeks, with facials stretched to as long as 8 weeks for clients keeping a consistent home routine. For acne, a series of weekly facials may be suggested, and a more budget-friendly plan can be discussed. Skincare products from professional lines can be bought through GlossGenius checkout or by messaging Jeannie Quino directly, with orders generally placed on Sunday evening.
Treatments are built around the client, and the owner stresses that a home skincare routine plays an important part in results. The studio describes its treatments as aimed at healthy-looking, refreshed skin and a comfortable experience.
