Every visit begins with an in-studio assessment and consultation, and a treatment plan is set only after that. Clients can book consultations online or reach the studio by form, email, phone or WhatsApp. Comfort and numbing options are reviewed during the consultation. Sessions are usually spaced several weeks apart so the skin can heal in between.

There are two main routes. Inkless revision is a non-pigment treatment that uses micro-injuries and a medical-grade serum to improve how a scar or stretch mark looks. Camouflage revision uses medical-grade pigments matched to the surrounding skin to make a mark less visible; it does not remove the scar. The listed price for a tiny area (one to three marks, up to about 2 cm total) is $150 for inkless and $190 for camouflage.

After treatment, the studio advises clients to stay away from swimming pools and hot tubs, avoid intense exercise that causes heavy sweating, and keep out of direct sunlight until skin has recovered. Daily sun protection is recommended. Progress is documented with photos shot under matching lighting and from the same angles. Payment plans are offered. The studio says it won't pressure anyone into a session that isn't suitable for them.

Each mark is diagnosed first, and the technique is chosen by whether it needs texture work, tone work or both, after a patient screening that can end in a decision not to treat a scar that is not ready.
