Mystique Eyes offers lash services at the client's home rather than only in a salon chair. Clients book a home visit for lash extensions, fills and removal, and can request a patch test first.
The menu separates the full set types by how much time and travel they need. A custom full set takes the longest, while fills and mini fills are shorter visits for clients who already have lashes on.
Booking rules are tied to the lashes a client already has. A fill is only offered to clients who had a custom set within the last two weeks and still have at least half of their lashes, and a mini fill needs at least 80 percent of lashes remaining. Otherwise the client may be charged the regular full price or asked to reschedule.
Travel is handled through the deposit. For the custom full set, the deposit covers the travel fee within the DMV area, and the RVA Full Set includes a travel fee covered by its deposit. Prospective clients are asked to contact the business directly before choosing a custom full set time slot.
