Facials are split between first visits and returning-client visits. A new adult client books a 120-minute session that opens with a detailed consultation, followed by a customized facial, five full-size Nelly De Vuyst home-care products, BioSolar Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30, written instructions and a cosmetic bag. Established adult clients on a home-care routine book a 90-minute facial that is tailored at each visit. Pre-teens and teens have their own versions of both, and children ages 7 to 11 can book a 30-minute Mini Me Facial with a soft cleanse, soothing mask and moisturizer.

Add-ons include Healing Reiki, a 30-minute addition to any facial for $55, and the Balanced Bacial, a 90-minute back treatment for $169 that deep cleanses and exfoliates from the shoulders to the waist. For ongoing care, the Monthly Glow Membership is $129 per month and includes one customized facial, 15% off add-ons and retail, priority booking and a free add-on at each visit chosen for skin needs. Prepaid packages of two, four or six customized facials are also offered, with travel-size cleansing products and a set number of add-ons included.

Booking requires a $20 deposit. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours before the appointment, and a fee of 50% of the appointment price may apply otherwise. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The practice is closed Monday through Wednesday; Thursday hours run 11 AM to 1 PM, Friday 11 AM to 3 PM, and the weekend 11 AM to 4 PM.

Facials are customized to each client's skin needs on the day of the visit, with Nelly De Vuyst home-care products and written instructions to continue the routine between appointments.
