Haircuts start at $20. Clients can book a clipper cut for short faded styles or pixie cuts at $45, a specialized curly cut at $50 to $80 that is done dry and includes a product, and a styling service starting at $60 that covers washing, a scalp massage, a blowout and a style made without irons. A spa head massage is available as an add-on for $50, with a weighted heated blanket, heated neck towel, aromatherapy and steam.

Color is a large part of the menu. Options include partial or full foil work, partial or full balayage, highlights starting at $225 that include a toner and blowout, partial or full custom color, root coverage or all-over color, and a gloss or toner at $90 applied at the shampoo bowl as a glow treatment. Partial and full hair color starts at $95 and takes at least 90 minutes. Smoothing and curling services include a formaldehyde-free Keracalm treatment, a Keratin smoothing treatment with Keune Confident Curl Leave In, and a Curl Cult curling service that gives body and wave with a smooth finish.

Booking comes with a few house rules. Guests are not permitted during appointments because of space limits. The salon asks for at least 48 hours notice for changes, cancellations and rescheduling, and clients who are running late should notify the salon by text, email or voicemail. Arrivals 15 or more minutes late are treated as no-shows and charged a 30% fee, and the same fee applies to same-day cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and gift card sales are final.

The salon says it aims to offer only the most effective products and environmentally conscious services, and it carries Healium Hair products, which it lists as plant-based and made by a women-led company focused on thin or fine hair.
