The practice is organized around consultations, which come before most treatments. Ayurvedic consultations include pulse diagnosis, a dosha assessment and a review of lifestyle, diet and health concerns, with a written protocol delivered within three business days. The Skin Dosha Method consultation is a 60-minute private video session, priced at $197, that sorts skin into types and includes a written protocol. A free two-minute online quiz suggests a likely skin dosha type, and the consultation confirms it.

Skin care is a core strand. Customized facials run 60 or 75 minutes, starting at $115 and $135, and the longer version adds a comprehensive mask, an Ayurvedic head massage and extra time on specific concerns. The Traditional Ayurvedic Facial, at $125, uses herbal products, warm oils chosen by body type, marma point massage and a kansa copper tool. The Ayurvedic Facial and Shirodhara, at $210, starts with a stream of warm herbal oil across the forehead. Clients are advised to plan a quiet hour afterward and to expect oil in the hair until their next wash.

The Acne Clinic offers a single Acne Facial at $115 and an Acne Consultation and Protocol at $197, as well as an Acne Consultation and Cleansing Facial at $210. The 4-Month Ayurvedic Acne Program, priced at $330, includes the consultation and protocol, eight check-ins every two weeks by video or phone, and questions by text between check-ins. A version at $595 adds three professional acne facials in Natick. The program includes a home skincare routine and food and daily habit guidance. Home-care products are not included in the program prices.

Bodywork follows traditional Ayurvedic methods, including Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, marma point therapy and face and head massage. Panchakarma is a multi-day detox protocol that moves through five stages: home preparation with simple meals and medicated ghee, body treatments, elimination through herbal enemas or purging, gradual food reintroduction, and rejuvenation. The Guided Ayurvedic Home Cleanse is priced at $252, and the 3-Day and 5-Day Rejuvenation Packages are priced at $649 and $989. The salon describes its Panchakarma as refined over 5,000 years.

Herbal formulas and products are sold on site and online, and the practice creates custom remedies based on each client's constitution. A free 15-minute call is available for questions about herb dosage or herb and drug interactions. The practice does not accept insurance directly but provides detailed receipts for HSA or FSA reimbursement on qualifying treatments. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, closed Sunday, with evening weekday and Saturday slots. Appointments are booked online or by calling (339) 208-1788.
