Not every service is offered at every studio, so it is worth checking the location before booking. The menu is grouped into brows, lashes, threading, waxing, facials, and microblading and permanent makeup. Threading is walk-in only and needs no appointment: guests check in on a kiosk at the studio. Appointments can be booked through the studio booking line.

Waxing covers facial, body and gentlemen's services, from small areas like the upper lip and underarms up to full body waxing excluding the face. The business says it uses a never double-dipping method and aims for precise application, and it describes its waxing as ultra hygienic and virtually pain free. Before service, clients complete a waiver that asks them to disclose certain medications and skin treatments, and clients may not be serviced if those apply.

Facials use Dermalogica's signature line, with the Keep Me Young anti-aging treatment using its age smart line.
