The studio's services are grouped into facial massage rituals, fusion rituals and targeted facials. Each facial is shaped around the client's skin and needs rather than a fixed sequence. Facial massage rituals include steam, a mask and massage of the face, shoulders, décolleté and scalp, and the buccal option adds massage inside the mouth along with lymphatic drainage. The fusion rituals add tailored exfoliation and a customized mask, with more advanced options available. The Total Bliss Ritual is the most fully customized session.
The targeted facials use equipment. The Deep Pore Cleansing Facial uses hydrodermabrasion or ultrasonic exfoliation, with extractions when needed and an oxygen serum infusion. The Custom Facial can draw on radiofrequency, oxygen infusion, cold therapy, needle-free mesotherapy or high frequency. The studio says its facials use botanical skincare products, and it sells gift cards online in amounts from $100 to $300.
New clients receive a complimentary 10-minute consultation with their first facial. Five-session packages must be paid in full at purchase, are non-refundable and are valid for eight months from purchase. Unused sessions can be transferred to another person with approval, and package holders get 20% off add-ons booked during the package period. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations forfeit the session. Missed appointments without notice count as completed sessions.
A training program for estheticians based on the studio's method is in development, and a waitlist is open. The website shows a 5.0 rating from 42 Google reviews.
