The manicure menu runs from a basic manicure, starting at $25, to a calm detox manicure with a charcoal exfoliate and a mint and CBD cream and oil massage, starting at $45. Gel versions of each are offered for a higher price. The pedicure menu is tiered, from the On the Go pedicure at $35 up to the VIP Golden Champagne pedicure at $120, which includes red light therapy for hands and feet, gold leaf exfoliation and a 15-minute massage with hot and cold stones. Cloud9 adds 30 minutes of red light therapy for hands, steam therapy and a paraffin treatment. Gel versions of the pedicures are priced separately, and add-ons such as paraffin, hot stones, callus removal and collagen socks are available.

Nail enhancements include acrylic full sets, overlays and fills starting at $45 to $55, Gel X extensions using MYNII brand gel products, T.A.P Hybrid Gel and Builder Gel in several styles, dipping powder, and hard gel. The salon says Gel X extensions last three to four weeks and T.A.P Hybrid Gel and Builder Gel lasts four weeks and up. Enhancements, gel polish and dipping powder are guaranteed for seven business days after the service date. Lost pieces, chips or lifting within that window qualify for a free repair when the client calls to schedule. Repairs after seven days, or for breakage, tears or corner breaks, cost $3 per nail. Traditional services are not guaranteed, and no refunds are given after a service has been performed.

Eyelash extensions are offered by appointment only, in classic and hybrid styles with two- or three-week fills and full sets. Waxing is available for lips, chin, eyebrows, underarms and the full face. Children's services cover manicures, pedicures, and color changes on hands and feet, with gel options.

The salon has a space for hosted parties, along with a team of technicians who serve party guests. Bridal showers, birthday parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate events and get-togethers are all hosted. Staff regularly take classes in techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge. Clients may bring their own tools, which the salon still disinfects before use.

Reusable tools are disinfected to Missouri state standards, and disposable tools are discarded after a single use. Staff continue their training in techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge.
