Clients can book a free consultation before committing to anything. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes early is recommended so paperwork can be completed. Facials run 30 to 60 minutes, chemical peels take about 30 minutes, body treatments run 60 to 120 minutes, and Botox takes around 10 to 15 minutes with no downtime. Financing options are available for treatments such as CoolSculpting.

The clinic says it uses two CoolSculpting machines, which it says halves treatment time, and that its technicians are trained and certified in the technology. A CoolSculpting session takes about an hour and can treat the abdomen, flanks, thighs, double chin, bra fat and upper arms. The clinic says the treatment can reduce up to 25 percent of fat cells in a treated area, and it notes that CoolSculpting is not a weight loss solution. For smaller areas of fat, Kybella is offered as an alternative. Latisse, an eyelash growth treatment, is described by the clinic as the only FDA-approved product for lash growth.

Skincare lines carried include Alastin, Elta MD, PCA and Revision. Before facials and peels, clients are asked to avoid exfoliating products and retinoids for at least 24 hours. Before laser hair removal, clients avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for two weeks and avoid waxing, plucking or electrolysis for six weeks. Pregnant clients are asked to check with their healthcare provider before booking.
