A visit usually starts with a $60 consultation that includes brow mapping, which plans the shape and color for each client before any work begins. If the client books a brow service, the consultation fee is applied to it. A topical numbing product is used during appointments. Initial sessions take up to about three and a half to four hours depending on technique. Touch-ups are booked six weeks after the first session and take up to two to three hours, checking how the brows have healed and adding hair strokes or shading where needed.

Clients who had their first brow service with another artist book a consultation rather than a touch-up. Anyone with existing permanent makeup should contact the studio before booking, and may be asked to send current photos for evaluation. Removal or lightening may be suggested before new work. Permanent makeup may not suit pregnant or nursing clients, people with certain skin conditions around the brows, or those taking blood thinners, so clients are asked to check with a doctor and text the studio if they are unsure.

Booking is available through Square, by phone or by text. A deposit is collected at booking for all services. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Aftercare instructions are provided. Brows may look darker right after treatment and soften as they heal, and results vary with skin type, lifestyle and skincare routine. Brows gradually fade and may need a refresh. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday and on Friday mornings.
