Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is nonrefundable. Once the deposit is paid, a confirmation is sent by email. A deposit can be transferred once. Clients who want a date that isn't offered in the listed time slots can text or message the business directly.
Rescheduling is allowed within 45 days of the original date, and changes must be requested at least 72 hours before the appointment to keep the initial deposit. Requests to reschedule or cancel can be made by call, text, or direct message. There is a 20-minute grace period after the appointment time; after that, a $20 late fee applies.
